The Challenge

London Southbank University were struggling with providing an efficient enrolment experience to new and existing students due to technical debt, systems not connected and manual processes. The challenge was optimising the online enrolment process for new and existing students, as staff had to manually check each enrolment, verify IDs, and send welcome emails.

This resulted in delayed enrolment, the requirement to hire temp staff and data issues which prevented students from enrolling effectively.
